Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement applicable to the use of the xbaeej platform and its services ("Services"). By accessing or using the xbaeej.cam website, you agree to abide by these Terms.

The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• "Platform" refers to the xbaeej.cam website and all services associated with it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any registered individual.
• "Account" refers to an account comprising a user's profile and wallet.
• "Wallet" refers to the virtual space on the platform where a user's funds are held.

Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit

4.2 Withdrawal

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There is no option for currency conversion.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means that in order to withdraw the bonus amount, you must wager the combined total of the deposit and bonus 25 times.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotional offer may have its own terms and conditions.
• Bonus funds remain in the bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn before the requirements are met.
• If bonus abuse or an attempt at fraud is detected, the account may be cancelled.
• The same person may not claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts.

5.4 VIP Program

The xbaeej VIP program has 4 tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.1%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

It is possible to advance to a higher VIP tier through regular active participation. The cashback for each tier is calculated every Monday and credited to the wallet.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the xbaeej platform are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is impartial and uninfluenced.

6.2 Gaming Responsibility

• Gaming is for entertainment purposes — not as a source of income.
• Only wager an amount of money that you can afford to lose.
• In the event of a technical error during a game, affected bets will be considered void.
• xbaeej is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection.

6.3 Betting Limits

Prohibited Activities

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by xbaeej

xbaeej reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC).
• Prolonged inactivity on the account (more than 12 months).

8.2 Closed by the User

Any user who wishes to voluntarily close their account may contact the support team. Before closing the account, all bonus wagering requirements must be met and any available balance must be withdrawn.
